No, but buyers are allowed to put climate-controlled devices in their storage units as long as they are in agreement with the Purchase Agreement.
There is no property manager on site. At time of purchase, a gate code will be given to enter the property. Policing, locks, and other security devices can be installed if the owner so chooses to implement.
Once a buyer has purchased a storage unit, they own the piece of land their unit is built on. The buyer will then own the storage unit forever, or until they choose to sell it to someone else.
